Tracy has established a national reputation as a dynamic speaker, empowerment specialist, and coach. He is definitely one of the most talented of the new generation of inspiring speakers. He is also a contributing author of the top-selling motivational book, Unleashing the Vision within you.
Raised in a very challenging environment in inner-city Indianapolis, Indiana, Tracy has overcome many obstacles. His personal life experiences as well as his experience counseling youth and young professionals have contributed to his sense of passion and purpose as a speaker and coach. Tracy is an expert at connecting with teens and young adults as a dynamic facilitator of growth and change.
Tracy has been a keynote speaker/presenter and workshop facilitator for numerous universities, high schools, youth organizations, and associations. He was also one of the top speakers for Monster’s Making It Count Programs for 5 years.
Tracy holds a B.A. in psychology from Wabash College in Indiana , and a Master’s in Counseling from Xavier University in Ohio .Tracy 's varied professional background includes counseling, training, group facilitation, academic advising, customer service, and delivering dynamic messages as a speaker. He has been a member of Toastmaster’s Intl., the National Academic Advising Association (NACADA), and a number of professional groups.
In 2004, Tracy founded Inspire Excellence International. He delivers keynotes and workshops to high schools, teen groups, college campuses, and special events. Tracy is also a life coach for teens and young adults. Tracy is also available to deliver high impact programs for church groups, businesses, and associations.
Tracy is happily married and resides with his wife and two young sons in Cincinnati, Ohio.
